The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms with daily cleaning service. The staff were friendly and helpful, speaking multiple languages. The location was great, just a short walk from the beach.
The surrounding area was run down with unpleasant views from the balcony. The resort itself was mostly populated by German tourists, making it difficult for English-speaking guests to feel welcome.

I had a great time staying at this budget hotel in S'Arenal. It is conveniently located just 400 meters from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful sandy shores. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with amenities such as TV, air conditioning, and a safe. the staff was friendly and helpful, speaking both English and German. Breakfast and dinner were included, providing a variety of options and authentic dishes. it was a pleasant stay near the beach.
There were some noise issues with the elevator, which could be bothersome for those staying in certain rooms.

Great location near the beach, clean and comfortable rooms. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a good variety of options, including bacon and eggs, cold meats, fruit, yogurt, and cereals. the dinner offered a varied selection with authentic dishes.
The elevator was quite loud, especially if you were in a room near it. the pool was small and there was limited space to sit around it.
